Τι θα ρωτήσεις την κάθε εταιρεία με την οποία σκέφτεσαι να συνεργαστείς επιλέγοντας την «super προσφορά» της…

-Τι διάρκεια έχει
Αρκετές διαφημίσεις ξεχνούν να …διαφημίσουν το γεγονός ότι η χρέωση που αναφέρουν ισχύει στην καλύτερη περίπτωση για 12 μήνες και στην χειρότερη για 2-3! Μετά, αφού σε έχουν καβαντζώσει σε χρεώνουν κανονικότατα!

-Τι υποχρεώσεις αποκτάς;
Για να επιλέξεις ένα πακέτο all in one οι περισσότερες εταιρείες σε υποχρεώνουν να επιλέξεις συγκεκριμένα πακέτα σε κάθε υπηρεσία. Δηλαδή ακριβό πακέτο κινητού, υψηλή ταχύτητα ίντερνετ και φουλ κάλυψη σταθερού τηλεφώνου. Έστω και αν το συνολικό ποσό «μοιάζει» χαμηλό, χρειάζεσαι πράγματι όλες τις υπηρεσίες που θέλουν να σου φορτώσουν;

-Τι σημαίνει το απεριόριστες κλήσεις
Τον τελευταίο καιρό, στα πακέτα σταθερής αλλά και κινητής τηλεφωνίας έχει εφευρεθεί ο όρος «απεριόριστες κλήσεις». Η μετάφραση στα ελληνικά αυτού του όρου είναι συνήθως 1500 λεπτά ομιλίας προς το δίκτυο μόνο της ίδιας εταιρείας και άντε 200 λεπτά για τα υπόλοιπα κινητά. Μετά οι χρεώσεις πέφτουν κανονικά και ίσως και αυξημένες σε σχέση με απλά τιμολόγια.

-Τι σημαίνει το απεριόριστες κλήσεις προς κινητά του «δικού μας» δικτύου
Στην πράξη τίποτα! Από τότε που η φορητότητα έγινε μόδα, δεν μπορείς να ξέρεις αν το πρόθεμα κινητού ή σταθερού που καλείς ανήκει στην εταιρεία που κάποτε ανήκε. Άρα δεν μπορείς και να ξέρεις αν η κλήση σου είναι δωρεάν ή όχι! Καλό Ε;

-Τη μίνιμουμ χρέωση χρόνου που υπάρχει ανά κλήση στα κινητά
Κάποιες «καλές» εταιρείες προσφέρουν 1500 δωρεάν και …απεριόριστα λεπτά ομιλίας αλλά ξεχνούν να σε ενημερώσουν ότι με το που ανοίγει η γραμμή σου χρεώνουν 3 λεπτά ομιλίας από το πρώτο δευτερόλεπτο. Μετάφραση; Τα 1500 λεπτά είναι στην πράξη 500!

-Τη μίνιμουμ χρέωση χρόνου που υπάρχει ανά κλήση στα σταθερά
Οι προσφορές all in one συνήθως περιλαμβάνουν πακέτο σταθερής τηλεφωνίας χωρίς δωρεάν κλήσεις(!) και μάλιστα με χρέωση ανά λεπτό και όχι ανά δευτερόλεπτο.

-Τις χρεώσεις μετά το πέρας του δωρεάν χρόνου
Ρώτησε τι θα σε χρεώνουν μετά το πέρας των δωρεάν λεπτών. Σύγκρινέ το με ένα άλλο πακέτο με μικρότερο πάγιο. Μπορεί το μη διαφημιζόμενο πακέτο να είναι τελικά φθηνότερο αν ταιριάζει στις ανάγκες σου.

-Τα έξοδα σύνδεσης και κυρίως αποσύνδεσης
Ο νέος πάροχος που θα επιλέξεις για να έχεις το all in one πακέτο μπορεί να σου προσφέρει δωρεάν την αλλαγή της γραμμής σου για να πας σε αυτόν αλλά δεν κάνει το ίδιο όταν αποφασίσεις να φύγεις. Δες τι χρεώσεις έχει για αποσύνδεση!

-Τα ειδικά νούμερα κλήσης
Οι εναλλακτικοί πάροχοι σταθερής τηλεφωνίας και ίντερνετ έχουν διαφορετικές χρεώσεις για αρκετές κατηγορίες κλήσεων τις οποίες χρεώνουν παρότι διαφημίζουν αρκετά δωρεάν λεπτά χρόνου ομιλίας από σταθερό προς σταθερό. Μία από αυτές είναι οι κλήσεις προς συναγερμό που χρεώνονται! Αν υπολογίσεις ότι το σύστημα συναγερμού σου καλεί τη βάση περίπου τρεις φορές την ημέρα για να ενημερώσει ότι λειτουργεί σωστά, θα καταλάβεις πόσο μπορεί να σου στοιχίσει ή να σου «φάει» από τα δωρεάν λεπτά σου.

-Τα έξοδα εξοπλισμού
Στις προσφορές προσέλκυσης νέου κοινού, οι περισσότεροι πάροχοι που προσφέρουν all in one πακέτα, κάνουν δώρο τον εξοπλισμό. Όχι όμως πάντα αυτόν που θες! Ασύρματα ρούτερ, σκληροί δίσκοι (PVR) για ιντερνετική τηλεόραση και άλλα καλούδια, μπορεί να σε επιβαρύνουν αρκετά, μειώνοντας το τελικό όφελος.

-Τις επιπτώσεις στο πακέτο, αν το διαφοροποιήσεις αργότερα
Last but not least. Το άφησα στο τέλος για αυτούς που διαβάζουν ολόκληρα τα ενημερωτικά κομμάτια. Στα πακέτα προσφορών διαφημίζουν σου πωλούν ένα «πακέτο» υπηρεσιών για μία συγκεκριμένη τιμή. Αν κάνεις το λάθος, αργότερα, να αφαιρέσεις, να προσθέσεις ή να διαφοροποιήσεις μία από αυτές τις υπηρεσίες, αυτομάτως χάνεις την «προσφορά» και μεταπηδάς στα κανονικά τιμολόγια!

Σου εγγυώμαι ότι αν ρωτήσεις όλα τα παραπάνω, θα ενοχλήσεις σφόδρα τον άσχετο υπάλληλο –bonus- ο οποίος θα πρέπει να ψάξει για να σου απαντήσει αλλά τελικά θα είσαι εσύ ο ωφελημένος!

(α) την αγορά ηλεκτρονικών επικοινωνιών, στην οποία δραστηριοποιούνται οι εταιρείες σταθερής και κινητής τηλεφωνίας, ασύρματων επικοινωνιών και διαδικτύου
(β) την ταχυδρομική αγορά, στην οποία δραστηριοποιούνται οι εταιρείες παροχής ταχυδρομικών υπηρεσιών και υπηρεσιών ταχυμεταφοράς.

Επιπλέον, η ΕΕΤΤ ασκεί τις αρμοδιότητες Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού στις εν λόγω αγορές.
Έαν η εταιρία καταχραστεί κάποιο από τα παραπάνω δικαιώματά σας υπεύθυνη είναι η ΕΕΤΤ (www.eett.gr) στην οποία μπορείτε να καταγγείλετε την σύμβαση με email ή γραπτώς. Η ΕΕΤΤ θα κοινοποιήσει την καταγγελία σας στον πάροχο κι αυτός είναι υποχρεωμένος σε 10 εργάσιμες μέρες να απολογηθεί σε εσάς και την ΕΕΤΤ ή να διευθετήσει το οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα υπάρχει.

Τα δέοντα σ' όλους τους παρόχους και σ'όλους τους υπαλλήλους αποπροσανατολισμού πελατών για το καλό της γραμμής της εταιρείας.

Αλήθεια πόσοι άνθρωποι έχουν διαβάσει το συμβόλαιο κινητής τηλεφωνίας που υπογράφουν με την σύνδεσή τους; Η απάντηση είναι απογοητευτική. Τόσα χρόνια σαν κατάστημα έχουμε κάνει χιλιάδες συνδέσεις και μόνο ένα περιστατικό θυμάμαι που ο πελάτης διάβασε τις πρώτες 3 σελίδες από τις 9 που υπέγραψε!

Τι πρέπει να προσέξετε πριν κάνετε συνδέση σε έναν πάροχο κινητής τηλεφωνίας;

1. Το συμβόλαιο που υπογράφετε τι διάρκεια έχει και τι ποσό θα πρέπει να πληρώσετε έαν θέλετε να φύγετε πριν τελειώσει η διάρκειά του.
2. Την ελάχιστη χρέωση για τον δωρεάν χρόνο ομιλίας που σας παρέχει το πάγιο σας. Ξεκινάνε από 30 δευτερόλεπτα και μπορεί να φτάσει εώς 3 λεπτά κάτι που είναι πολύ σημαντικό για την ορθή κατανάλωση του χρόνου
3. Μετά από πόσο διάστημα μπορείτε να αλλάξετε το πάγιό σας σε χαμηλότερο. Συνήθως εάν υπάρχει υπερεπιδότηση συσκεύης πρέπει να μείνεις ένα 8μηνο στο ίδιο πάγιο ή σε μεγαλύτερο.
4. Η αποσύνδεση μιάς γραμμής πραγματοποιείται σε έναν μήνα από την ημερομηνία της αίτησης. Θα πρέπει να προνοήσετε να κάνετε την απόσυνδεση ένα μήνα νωρίτερα από την επίσημη ημερομηνία της λήξης του συμβολαίου.
5. Ενημερωθείτε για το ποιά ημερομηνία μηδενίζει ο δωρεάν χρόνος ομιλίας του παγίου σας κι αν μπορεί το υπολοίπο του δωρεάν χρόνου ομιλίας να μεταφερθεί τον επόμενο μήνα (γίνεται σε συγκεκριμένα προγράμματα κι όχι σε όλα)
6. Το πάγιο προπληρώνεται στις εταιρίες κινητής. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι εάν κάνουμε αποσύνδεση στον τελευταίο λογαριασμό πρέπει να πιστώνεται και να γίνεται αφαίρεση παγίου
7. Η διαδικασία αποσύνδεσης μπορεί να γίνει σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα της αλυσίδας κι αν τα συστήματα έχουν πρόβλημα τότε μπορείτε να απαιτήσετε να κάνετε αποσύνδεση σε χειρόγραφη αίτηση.
8. Έχετε δικαίωμα να αποσυνδέσετε την γραμμή εφόσον πληρώσετε το αναπόσβεστο ποσό επιδότησης (η επιδότηση που έχετε υπογράψει στο συμβολαίο). Το ποσό είναι μόνο η επιδότηση και τίποτε παραπάνω δεν μπορεί να σας επιβαρύνει πλην του τρέχοντος παγίου και της χρονικής περιόδου χρήσης του ενός μηνός μέχρι την αποσύνδεση
9. Ο αριθμός κλήσης ανήκει πλέον στον χρήστη. Έχετε δικαίωμα να το μεταφέρετε σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη εταιρία κινητής τηλεφωνίας θέλετε ή να το κάνετε καρτοκινητό εφόσον έχετε παραμείνει το απαραίτητο διάστημα στον πάροχο ή έχετε πληρώσει το αναπόσβεστο ποσό επιδότησης.
10. Έαν η εταιρία καταχραστεί κάποιο από τα παραπάνω δικαιώματά σας υπεύθυνη είναι η ΕΕΤΤ (www.eett.gr) στην οποία μπορείτε να καταγγείλετε την σύμβαση με email ή γραπτώς. Tο ραδιοφωνικό κίνημα του «Do it yourself» ξεκίνησε από τα φοιτητικά δωμάτια και σήμερα κατακτά τις πέντε ηπείρους. Oι διαδικτυακοί σταθμοί συνδέουν τα Εξάρχεια της Αθήνας και το Σόχο της Νέας Υόρκης με σύγχρονη αισθητική και πειρατική ρετρό διάθεση. O «Τ» προσκαλεί τα σημαντικότερα web ραδιόφωνα της Ελλάδας σε μια face-to-face αναμέτρηση!

Πού: Ένας υπολογιστής με Internet, ένα μικρόφωνο και τόνοι από μουσική είναι οι μοναδικές απαιτήσεις για να βγει ένας παραγωγός στον αέρα. Η τοποθεσία δεν έχει απολύτως καμία σημασία! Oι ακροατές ακούν παραγωγούς από Θεσσαλονίκη, Αθήνα, Κρήτη, Λονδίνο, Βερολίνο και Νέα Υόρκη!

Πότε: Το Cooradio ιδρύθηκε το Μάρτιο του 2008 από τέσσερις φίλους. Ένα χρόνο αργότερα ο σταθμός απέκτησε τη μορφή στην οποία βρίσκεται σήμερα. Μουσικοί, δικηγόροι, κτηνίατροι, φωτογράφοι, σκηνοθέτες, μηχανικοί, θεολόγοι βρίσκονται πλέον στη μεγάλη Coo οικογένεια.

O σταθμός εκπέμπει από πειραματική/avant-garde μουσική έως σύγχρονη κιθαριστική, μια και ο κάθε παραγωγός κουβαλάει τη δική του φιλοσοφία.

O σταθμός δεν βασίζεται στην αντιμετώπιση του ήχου ως κάτι το αναλώσιμο. Το κοινό δεν μιλάει μόνο ελληνικά, γι’ αυτό προσπαθούμε και συνεργαζόμαστε με παραγωγούς από όλο τον κόσμο. Η μουσική δεν έχει συγκεκριμένη χρονική διάρκεια και υπόβαθρο.

Το web radio υπερτερεί των παραδοσιακών ραδιοφώνων σημαντικά σε τομείς όπως η ποιότητα, η διαδραστικότητα, το εύρος των ακροατών και των παραγωγών.

Στην Ελλάδα ορισμένα web radios ανταγωνίζονται στα ίσα τα συμβατικά ραδιόφωνα σε ποιότητα εκπομπών και ακροατές. Η μέρα που θα τα ξεπεράσουν δεν είναι και τόσο μακριά.

Στην Ελλάδα, όπου κυρίαρχο είδος είναι αυτό της ελαφρολαϊκής ελληνόφωνης pop, είναι ενθαρρυντικό το γεγονός ότι ξεπηδούν διαδικτυακά ραδιόφωνα με ιδιαίτερες μουσικές προτάσεις.

One of the more unusual moments in Papas' career came in 1970, when she guested on the album 666 by Greek rock group Aphrodite's Child on the track "∞" (infinity). She chants "I was, I am, I am to come" repeatedly and wildly over a percussive backing. The track was considered lewd by record company executives, and resulted in the album being withheld from release for two years by Polydor Records. Upon its release in 1972, the song caused some furor in Greece and was again accused of lewdness and indecency by Greek religious figures and government authorities.
